What happens after you reach out
We'll ask a few questions about your parent and what you're looking for, then arrange a free first meeting at their home, with you there, and with the caregiver who would actually be visiting. No commitment comes out of that meeting. It's for your parent to size us up as much as the other way around.
If you'd like to see our certificates, CLHA registration, police checks, or insurance before we even meet, just ask in your first message and we'll send them along.
